Bacon Cheddar Dip

Bacon Cheddar Dip


Ingredients:

2-8 oz pkgs. Cream Cheese
2 cups Sour Cream
1 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions:

  1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in bacon and 3 cups cheddar cheese (Save some bacon crumblies for garnish)
  3. Place mixture in slow cooker and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  5. Serve with veggies or chips.
