Ingredients
- 2 slices rye bread, cubed
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound ground beef, chuck or sirloin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon snipped parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
