DIY Eagle Brand Milk
(Sweetened Condensed Milk)

  • 3/4 cup Powdered Milk 
  • 3/4 cup Sugar 
  • 1/2 cup Hot Water 

Blend until smooth. Equals one can of Eagle Brand Milk.
